MOST SIGNIFICATE: Your cabin is isolated. You are welcome to come and go but it is important you use the staged hand-washing area provided with alcohol-based hand sanitizers each time you re-enter the property. Do not touch doorknobs, etc. before you are completely refreshed.
All laundry has been cleaned in our industrial washing machine followed by a sterilized one-hour cycle before drying. All ironing of sheets/pillowcases is done “in-house”. Nothing is sent out or taken to a laundromat. Unnecessary rugs have been removed. All commonly touched surfaces have been cleaned/sanitized.
Clean circulated air is very important. At least four hours before your arrival all outside doors and windows have been open with outside-portable fans installed bringing fresh mountain air directly into your cabin.
We have spent many hours researching and will continue to review and upgrade the management of our procedures. Your comments and suggestions are appreciated and will update when needed. We want you to feel comfortable, have a safe experience for yourselves and also for us.
